All orders are responded to within 45 minutes.

National:

While we endeavour to take care of all requests our daily cut-off time is 12:00 for the placement of orders. Alternatively, shipments will be delivered after hours. Parcels will be collected and delivered to customers on the same day, whether locally or nationally.

Regional Same Day and Overnight Delivery:

Parcels will be collected, marked and waybills will be completed for the destinations within 2 hours. We will contact customers to confirm the delivery and receipt of the parcels.

After Hours and Weekend Availability:

We have drivers available 247/365. We will manage the deliveries, using various reliable courier companies to ensure the timely delivery of packages.

Warehousing and Distribution:

We have warehouse space available and we offer tailor-made solutions to suit your needs. Our warehousing facilities are spread locally and nationally.

Technical Courier - Basic Installation / Exchange:

We have the skills and knowledge to offer Technical Courier installations and exchanges. We will bring the required parts to your premises and do the removal, repair and testing thereof before we leave the premises. The old parts will then be returned to the warehouse.

Track & Trace:

Our Track & Trace service will provide you with peace of mind as to the whereabouts of your parcel. Once a Track & Trace request has been received we will respond with real time details of your shipment (as opposed to the last known scan).
